ONE&ONLY PALMILLA

Neil & Ida’s four-day wedding weekend was as magnificent and breathtaking as they come. The events took place at the beautiful One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos Mexico overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The festivities kicked off with a vibrant sangeet party where the spaces were transformed as guests entered through fully draped arbors that were beautifully illuminated with lighting and decorated with an abundance of flowers. Their Western wedding ceremony took place on the private Turtle Beach on an all-white platform with an acrylic canopy decorated with white flowers which set the perfect contrast against the teal blue Sea of Cortez. The following day, their Hindu ceremony took place on a custom-built wooden platform shaded by an overhead canopy with weaving fabric. The mandap was circular in shape, draped in white fabric and expertly decorated with gorgeous florals in shades of coral, pink, marigold and orange. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed a traditional Thali style lunch on tables set with teal linens and florals in saturated jewel tone colors. The celebrations concluded with a style-forward dinner reception filled in a ballroom that was expertly draped, lit and accented with carefully curated details and a sophisticated color palette of black, mauve, burgundy and slate.
